TBP2 is recruited to transcriptionally active loops of lampbrush chromosomes. Germinal vesical (GV) spreads were probed with TBP2 specific antibodies 1G6 (top panel) and 3E6 (bottom panel) as described in Methods. The inset shows a magnified chromosomal loop.
