Different proteins are up and downregulated in wild type N2 and nipi-3(fr4) animals following ToxA exposure. Change of protein abundance in wild type N2 and nipi-3(fr4) animals following 24 hours feeding on E. coli expressing ToxA starting at the L4 stage as compared to animals fed control BL21 food. Only proteins significantly up or downregulated in wild type N2 and/or nipi-3(fr4) are included. The red arrow points to the only protein (T15B7.1) significantly altered in both N2 and nipi-3(fr4) animals. Results shown are an average of two biological replicates. Primary data are provided in Additional file 8: Table S5
