Serologic ELISA against four MPXV surface proteins. The serum antibody binding reactivity against MPXV surface proteins, A35R (A), B6R (B), A29L (C), and M1R (D), was determined by ELISA and shown by calculated area under the curve (AUC) values. Each line represents a donor’s serum sample, and the line’s height shows the serum reactivity level against the indicated antigen protein. The 249 serum samples were ranked according to their serum antibody binding activity. Red, individuals born before 1980; blue, individuals born after 1980.
