Summary of GSEA results. GSEA was obtained on day 3 and day 14 by comparing gene expression profiles of clams exposed to sediments collected in Vittorio Emanuele III (sites I, II, III, IV, V; 10 biological replicates for each site/sampling time) with control site (VI). Red and green squares indicate up- and down-regulated pathways, respectively. Red and green colour intensity is based on the corresponding normalized enrichment score (NES)
